MEDICAL RECORDS:

Use https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com/register [1] as the process to request medical records be transfered to Helms Clinic. Just follow the prompts on the site. If you are unable to complete the process on your own, we will have staff to assist after March 1. You can stop by the clinic or call the main number for assistance, or make the request at your next appointment.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

  Beginning March 3rd. Patients may call the main number 205-417-1977 to schedule their appointment with one of the providers.
