Our Providers

Jonathan Windham, FNP-C is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He has been in practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner for ten years. Jonathan received his MSN from University of Alabama Birmingham and completed his Nurse Practitioner Program with UAB in 2015. His practice includes the full range of family practice care, but he particularly enjoys the areas of family medicine and urgent care. Jonathan was awarded Nurse Practitoner of the Year in 2018 by his former employer INRI Medical Associates. 

Jonathan is married, enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their grandchildren.
