Medical Records
Use https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com/register as the process to request medical records be transferred to Helms Healthcare. Just follow the prompts on the site. If you are unable to complete the process on your own, we will have staff to assist after March 1. You can stop by the clinic or call the main number for assistance, or make the request at your next appointment.
Scheduling appointments
ARRIVE AT LEAST TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO ALLOW US A ONE TIME UPDATE AND CONFIRMATION OF ALL YOUR RECORDS AND INFORMATION.
ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR MEDICATION LIST.
Patients may call the main number 205-417-1977 to schedule their appointment with one of the providers.
Insurance
Helms Healthcare Vincent is in network with Cigna, Cigna Healthsprings, Aetna, Viva, United Health Care and AARP. We also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Aetna Medicare Advantage and Commercial. We continue to update daily and will keep everyone informed.
